Job Purpose
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including end-to-end payroll management. This includes preparing and processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting management with payroll reports and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Preparation & Processing
- Collect and verify payroll data including attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions, and allowances.
- Prepare monthly payroll and process salary disbursements through WPS.
- Ensure accuracy of end-of-service settlements, gratuity, and other entitlements.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure payroll complies with UAE Labor Law and WPS requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports for Finance and Management.
- Maintain accurate payroll records for audit purposes.
- HR & Employee Support
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and entitlements.
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll data.
- Coordinate with Finance for reconciliation and timely disbursement.
- HR Generalist Functions
- Manage employee leaves, medical insurance, and HR-related policies.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 6+ years of HR experience, with solid knowledge of payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, WPS, and end-of-service settlements.
- Proficiency in HR/payroll systems and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with discretion and handle sensitive information.
