Overview
Job Description
- Support internal marketing, organizational climate and internal communication initiatives, together with the HR team;
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on internal policies, benefits, labor rights, and Human Resources procedures;
- Execute and monitor hiring and dismissal processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation;
- Perform electronic timekeeping control, time bank calculation and treatment of inconsistencies in records;
- Provide support in closing the payroll, calculating charges, managing benefits and submitting ancillary obligations;
- Keep employee records updated in the system and organize physical and digital files in accordance with legal requirements;
Job Requirements
- Higher education in Administration, HR Management, Psychology or related areas;
- Experience in Human Resources and generalist HR routines;
- Knowledge of payroll processes, charges and benefits management;
- Intermediate or advanced Excel.
