Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a strong background in the food & beverage industryand proficiency in graphic design tools and office software. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capability to support day-to-day business operations, content creation, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive or business owner, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in managing food & beverage operations, including inventory coordination, supplier communication, and menu updates.
- Create visually appealing content such as menus, promotional materials, social media posts, and product packaging using design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Handle emails, phone calls, and daily correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Manage social media platforms: post content, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.
- Support event planning, catering schedules, and product launches.
- Maintain organized digital files, databases, and reports.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed.
- Take initiative to solve problems and improve workflows.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant (preferably in food & beverage).
- Knowledge of kitchen or café operations, menu planning, or hospitality logistics.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, file management, etc.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Later, Hootsuite).
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Photography or videography experience.
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing.
- Experience working in a startup or creative environment.
