Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant with strong marketing expertise to support the daily operations of the CEO and contribute to the growth of our businesses. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, creative marketing abilities, and the flexibility to manage a wide range of tasks. Key Responsibilities: Provide executive support: manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and communications. Assist in overseeing daily operations across multiple businesses (hospitality, luxury rentals, and new projects). Coordinate with team members, contractors, and external partners on behalf of management. Develop and execute marketing strategies for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Create and manage content calendars, reels, posts, and campaigns to boost brand visibility. Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Excellent communication (English/Arabic is a plus), organizational, and multitasking skills. Creativity in content creation, copywriting, and campaign management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media management tools. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
