About the Role
Maison de Vacances is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to handle all office administration tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, fast, and detail-oriented, with excellent computer literacy and a strong ability to manage data, contracts, and documentation. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly, handle diverse tasks, and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other company documentation.
- Support the management with scheduling, coordination, and task follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate digital records of all property-related documents, agreements, and reports.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, often working on multiple priorities at once.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks, errands, and operational requirements as assigned by management.
- Liaise with other team members to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
- Oversee the use of office software and digital tools, ensuring data accuracy and updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administration, personal assistance, or a similar role.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, PDF management, cloud storage, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with contracts, documentation, and office procedures.
- A “get-it-done” mindset – efficient, reliable, and adaptable to new tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of DET regulations, Ejari, and Dubai property documentation is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
