Full job description
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and courteous Personal Driver to provide transportation services to the CEO. The Personal Driver will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for the employer, their family members, or guests to various locations as required.
This is a full-time position, requiring a flexible schedule to accommodate the employer’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and Timely Transportation: Transport the employer and family members to appointments, meetings, social events, and other locations, ensuring prompt arrival and safety.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain the vehicle(s) to ensure they are in good condition. This includes scheduling and overseeing routine servicing, oil changes, tire rotations, and minor repairs.
- Route Planning: Plan and take the most efficient routes, accounting for traffic, road conditions, and any scheduling adjustments.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism, particularly in handling sensitive personal or business information.
- Run Errands: Assist with shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or other personal errands as needed.
- Parking and Security: Safely park vehicles in secure locations and ensure the vehicle’s security when not in use.
- Vehicle Documentation: Ensure that all necessary documents (insurance, registration, etc.) are up to date and kept in the vehicle.
- Emergency Assistance: Be prepared to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, such as breakdowns or medical situations.
- Flexibility: Be available for last-minute or off-hours driving requests and travel for both local and out-of-town trips, if necessary.
Requirements:
- UAE Driving Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a professional driver, or personal driver.
- Vehicle Knowledge: Familiarity with maintaining vehicles and handling basic mechanical issues.
- Excellent Driving Skills: Safe driving habits and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Flexible Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employer and others.
- Reliability and Punctuality: Dependable, with the ability to be punctual and responsible for time-sensitive tasks
