Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging one-on-one (and some small group) training sessions, helping clients move better, get stronger, and feel great Indeed+1.
- Conduct fitness assessments (e.g., movement, flexibility, strength, body composition), set goals, and tailor training plans accordingly WikipediaJinn.
- Track client progress meticulously and adjust programs as needed while maintaining accurate session and progress records IndeedJinn.
- Offer basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance (within scope), and promote overall wellness IndeedIndeedJinn.
- Actively promote personal training packages, engage on the gym floor, and help build a loyal client base Indeed+1.

- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and continuing development sessions to stay current with industry trends Indeed+1.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certification: Must hold a recognized PT qualification (e.g., REPs UAE, REPs, CIMSPA, Active IQ, NASM, ACSM, ACE) IndeedWikipedia.
- Education: Degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred IndeedRecruiting Resources.
- Experience: Prior experience in a gym or personal training environment is advantageous; for certain roles (e.g., CrossFit or EMS trainers), relevant experience is required Indeed+1.
- Communication & Motivational Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and coach clients of different fitness levels IndeedJinn.
- Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
