About Us:
818 Women Fitness Club is a leading ladies-only gym in Al Ain, dedicated to creating a motivating and supportive environment where women can reach their health and fitness goals. We are currently looking for a passionate and certified Female Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for clients based on individual needs and goals
- Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress
- Motivate and educate members on proper form, technique, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Provide group fitness classes (optional depending on specialization)
- Ensure the gym area is safe, clean, and welcoming
- Build strong relationships with members and encourage membership renewals and PT packages
- Stay updated on current fitness trends, exercises, and training tools
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer (REPs UAE, ISSA, ACE, NASM, or equivalent) – Required
- Personal Trainer Certification Level 3
- CPR/First Aid Certification – Preferred
- Previous experience as a personal trainer (3+ years preferred)
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Female applicants only (required for this women-only facility)
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Al Ain City
Working Hours:
- 6 days per week
