Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Personal Trainer & Group Classes Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, skilled in delivering both one-on-one training and group classes, and able to inspire members to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Training:
- Conduct fitness assessments for new and existing members.
- Design and deliver personalized training programs based on clients’ goals and fitness levels.
- Monitor and track clients’ progress, adjusting programs as needed.
- Provide expert advice on exercise technique, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
Group Classes:
- Lead safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, functional training, strength, Zumba, yoga, cycling, etc.).
- Prepare class plans that are challenging yet suitable for all fitness levels.
- Motivate participants and ensure a positive class experience.
- Maintain high energy and engagement throughout sessions.
General Duties:
- Ensure the gym floor and group studio areas are clean, safe, and well-equipped.
- Build strong relationships with members to promote retention and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and training methods.
- Assist with club events, challenges, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a personal trainer and/or group fitness instructor.
- REPs UAE Level 3 or internationally recognized fitness certification.
- Certification in group fitness formats (Trampoline, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Bungee, etc.) preferred.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Professional, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
