Job Title: Pest Control Supervisor

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to oversee daily pest control operations, manage field staff, and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage pest control technicians and their daily schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and recommend appropriate pest control solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) guidelines and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, chemicals used, and service reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety measures.
Requirements:
- Valid Dubai Municipality Pest Control Supervisor License (mandatory).
- Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory).
- Proven experience in pest control operations and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
