Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of the medical equipment store with precision and care
- Greet and assist clients at reception, ensuring high hospitality standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Oversee inventory, product placement, and order coordination
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Support administrative tasks and collaborate with management on process improvements
Requirements
- Valid Pharmacy degree and license to practice
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor
- Excellent hospitality and communication skills
- Ability to manage reception duties with warmth and efficiency
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
