About You
You’re a skilled photographer and seasoned retoucher with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. You bring technical expertise behind the camera and mastery in post-production. As part of our creative team, you’ll be responsible for producing polished, high-quality visual content that aligns with campaign goals and brand aesthetics.

Your Daily AdventuresPhotography
- Capture high-quality, brand-aligned photographs for a variety of formats—social media, campaigns, events, and product shots.
- Prepare and execute well-composed photo shoots, including lighting, styling, and set preparation.
Image Retouching
- Perform advanced retouching on captured images, including colour correction, skin and texture adjustments, and composition enhancement.
- Maintain natural aesthetics while ensuring visual impact.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to understand visual goals and bring concepts to life.
- Provide creative input to enhance project outcomes.
Consistency & Quality Control
- Ensure all imagery meets brand standards and project-specific requirements across digital and print formats.
- Conduct quality checks, manage feedback loops, and prepare final deliverables to professional standards.
Tool Proficiency
- Expert-level use of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.
- Stay current with the latest retouching tools and technologies to enhance workflow and output.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in professional photography and image retouching.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of commercial, editorial, and creative work.
- Advanced understanding of colour theory, composition, and lighting.
- Proficient in preparing files for both digital platforms and print production.
- Comfortable accepting and integrating feedback from clients and internal teams.
- Experience managing file organisation and archiving processes.
