About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile and creative individual who can take charge of visual content creation and social media management across multiple companies under our group. This is a full-time, on-site role best suited for someone passionate about photography, videography, editing, and digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and edit professional photos and videos of our interior fit-out projects, events, and office culture.
- Produce engaging video reels, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign visuals for social media.
- Manage social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) for multiple company accounts within our group.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create brand-aligned content calendars.
- Stay up to date with trends in social media and video marketing.
- Ensure timely delivery and posting of content based on agreed plans.
- Organize and maintain a well-structured media library.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and post-production editing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts with strong content planning skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Bonus:
- Experience in interiors, architecture, or real estate media.
- Knowledge of UAE-based content trends and target audience behavior.
