Job Title: Pilates Performer (Part-Time)

Work Schedule: Part-Time – 20 Hours/Week
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Reformer to join the dynamic wellness team.
This is a temporary contract work for 3 weeks with permanent placement opportunities for future.
Job Summary:
As a Pilates Reformer, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality Pilates sessions tailored to clients of various fitness levels. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of Pilates techniques, and a commitment to client well-being and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead one-on-one and group Pilates sessions (mat and/or equipment-based)
Develop personalized workout plans for clients
Monitor client progress and provide feedback and adjustments as needed
Collaborate with other wellness professionals at the center
Educate clients on body awareness, posture, and breathing techniques
Requirements:
Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat or Comprehensive Certification)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Pilates instruction
Knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and injury prevention
Strong communication and motivational skills
Fluent in English
Must be currently based in Qatar
Working Hours:
20 hours per week (flexible schedule based on client demand and center programming)
