Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Drafter to be an integral part of our team. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Accurately draw weld maps and spool drawings utilizing Autospool and AutoCAD.
- Proficient in reading Piping Isometric Drawings.
- Hands-on experience with AutoSpool/Spool Gen software and AutoCAD
- Be familiar with client project scope and specifications.
- Draw shop pipe fabrication spools from client drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
- Do calculations necessary to support assigned work.
- Perform drafting to accepted company, client, and industry standards.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Experience: 2 year of drafting experience in Pipe fabrication
- Computer Skills: AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Autospool is preferred.
