We’re seeking a dedicated Pizza Maker to craft delicious, high-quality pizzas following our recipes and customer orders. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, maintains strict hygiene standards, and contributes positively to a collaborative kitchen atmosphere.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare dough, sauces (tomato, pesto, white), and toppings according to company recipes and customer preference
- Shape dough (thin crust, thick crust, stuffed crust), stretch, and top pizzas
- Bake pizzas in ovens (stone, brick, conveyor) at correct temps and timing
- Slice/chop vegetables and meats, grill toppings as needed
- Maintain station cleanliness and follow sanitation protocols
- Manage inventory, monitor ingredient freshness, and report stock shortages Pizzeria
- Package, plate, and prepare pizzas for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery
- Adhere to food safety regulations (e.g., food handler license)
