Job Title: Plant Electrician – Ready Mix Concrete

Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000+ OT(Based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Plant Electrician with strong experience in ready mix or cement operations. The role demands hands-on electrical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a firm commitment to safety in all aspects of plant maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment across the ready mix plant
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations
- Troubleshoot faults in motors, control panels, and wiring systems
- Support plant start-up, shutdown, and commissioning activities
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work
- Follow strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with electrical codes and company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician in a cement or ready mix company
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including PLCs and control wiring
- Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot independently
- Familiarity with safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out and PPE usage
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to urgent breakdowns
Preferred:
- Candidates with prior experience in cement or ready mix concrete plants
- Safety-conscious professionals with a track record of working in high-risk environments
- Immediate joiners preferred
