Job Title: PlumberJob Purpose:
Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and other plumbing works to ensure efficient and safe operation in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
- Assemble, cut, bend, and thread pipes using hand and power tools.
- Install and repair bathroom/kitchen fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and perform preventive maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
