Job Description:
Universal BIM is looking for an experienced Plumbing Draughtsman to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing drafting and design. Candidates must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join without delay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed plumbing drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop layouts for water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and MEP teams to ensure accuracy.
- Revise and update drawings based on site requirements and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Draughtsman.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
