- Manage and direct construction crews on-site.
- Assign tasks to workers and ensure work is progressing smoothly.
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure availability and proper use of materials and tools.
- Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.
- Ensure all work meets the specified quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve any on-site issues or defects.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on the construction site.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Keep daily records of work progress.
- Report delays, risks, or issues to the site manager or project engineer.
