Job Title: Post-Tension Designer (RAM & SAFE Experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Post-Tension Designer with a strong background in structural design using RAM and SAFE software. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working on post-tensioned concrete structures in the UAE, with a solid understanding of local codes and project requirements. A valid Dubai Municipality license or equivalent is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze post-tensioned slabs and structural elements using RAM and SAFE software.
- Develop construction drawings, tendon layouts, and calculations in compliance with UAE standards.
- Review and approve structural shop drawings and ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure designs meet local regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering .
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in post-tension design, with projects completed in the UAE.
- Proficiency in RAM Concept and SAFE software.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and post-tension design practices.
- Dubai Municipality Structural Engineer license is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with other structural design tools (ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
