About the Role:
Empire Infratech is seeking a female Lead Qualification Executive who is a native English speaker to manage and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring only high-intent leads are passed to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact and qualify inbound leads from campaigns, social media, and listings
* Engage clients with clarity and professionalism in native-level English
* Understand property requirements and assess lead readiness
* Assign qualified leads to agents based on area and property type
* Maintain detailed records and statuses in CRM
* Work closely with the marketing and sales teams Contribute to script building and lead communication strategies
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Must be a native English speaker
Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
1–2 years of presales, customer service, or tele calling experience
Real estate background is a plus
Familiarity with any CRM tools
