Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail outlets daily and take customer orders accurately.
- Recommend appropriate product quantities based on stock levels and customer needs.
- Ensure correct product visibility, display, and merchandising at outlets.
- Promote new products and offers to clients in traditional market segments.
- Handle order collection, returns, and coordination with delivery team.
- Manage product freshness by monitoring expiry dates and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the sales supervisor.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to increase repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pre-Salesman in the FMCG sector.
- Prior experience working in RAK traditional markets is mandatory.
- Experience handling dairy or short shelf-life items.
- Good knowledge of order booking processes and merchandising standards.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with handheld devices for order processing is a plus.
- UAE manual driving license
