Minimum Requirements:

· University degree in Early Childhood/ Education.

· University degree in other specialization.

· Combined with a certified professional certificate in Early Childhood Leadership (Level 5), Or practical experience in early childhood or education for at least two years with sufficient knowledge of the administrative aspects, knowledge of the curriculum, and policies and procedures related to the care and protection of children.

· 5 to 10 years of working experience as a Nursery Principal / Nursery Manager.

· Preferably Arabic speaker.

· Can join immediately.

Nursery Teacher

Job description

Our Nursery is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Nursery Teacher.

The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about early childhood education and have a nurturing attitude toward young children.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities for children.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assist in developing and delivering engaging lessons based on our curriculum.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (for School Teacher role).
• Experience in teaching or assisting in a nursery or kindergarten setting.
• MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) attestation of educational qualifications is required.
• ADEK (Department of Education and Knowledge) approval is preferred. (if Applicable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Assistant Teacher

Job description

Our Nursery is looking for an Assistant Teacher to join our team and contribute to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment for children.

Job Description:

· Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily classroom activities.

· Support children in learning and interactive activities.

· Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the learning environment.

· Help children develop social and behavioral skills.

· Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth classroom operations.

· Monitor children's needs and ensure their comfort throughout the day.

Requirements:

· Must hold a certified qualification from her home country and the UAE, or be willing to complete an accredited training course in the UAE.

· Fluent in English (spoken and written).

· Excellent communication skills with children and colleagues.

· Ability to work as part of a team and take responsibility.

· Passionate about early childhood education and creating a positive environment for children.
