We are currently seeking a Private Broker with a strong network and proven experience in buying, selling, and managing private jet shares and charter tickets to join our elite sales and partnerships team.
Role Overview
As a Private Broker, you will play a critical role in expanding RSL’s presence in the private aviation space. You will be responsible for sourcing and closing high-value transactions related to private jet tickets, fractional ownership, and charter services. The role demands a strategic sales approach, exceptional client handling, and an in-depth understanding of the private aviation market.
Key Responsibilities
- Private Jet Ticket Sales: Source and sell private jet charters (domestic and international) to high-end clients.
- Jet Share Brokerage: Facilitate the buying and selling of fractional jet ownerships and shared flight programs.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and grow a network of VIP clients, private investors, UHNWIs, and corporate buyers.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor aviation trends, pricing, and available inventory to provide clients with competitive, tailored solutions.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Prepare, present, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms aligned with client needs and company policies.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with internal departments (legal, finance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all regulatory, financial, and documentation requirements are met for each transaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven Experience: 3–6 years in private aviation sales, luxury travel brokerage, investment sales, or related fields.
- Strong Network: Demonstrated access to a portfolio of private clients, family offices, or jet owners/operators is highly preferred.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with charter booking systems, aviation regulations, and financial deal structures.
