External Responsibilities
- Interaction with customs officials and authorities
- Customs inspections
- Shipment handover to ground handling agents
- Physical labeling of shipments
- Legalization of documents
- Preparation of Sharjah customs documentation for export handovers
- Collection and delivery of documents
- Documentation related to customs clearance
- Participation in Controlling Authority Inspections
Internal Responsibilities
- Operational coordination within the team and with other business units/suppliers
- Managing petty cash vouchers
- Archiving of cash receipts wherever required
- Reporting
