Ontime Group is seeking a proactive and experienced PRO (Public Relations Officer) Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong connections and extensive knowledge of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). You will be responsible for managing all government-related transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all MOHRE-related documentation and transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with government authorities to facilitate smooth operations
- Assist in obtaining and renewing employee work permits, residency visas, and other employment-related documents
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to MOHRE
- Advise management and staff on relevant regulatory issues and compliance requirements
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to employee documentation and government services
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient processing of employee-related transactions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PRO or in a similar role within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE processes, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Established connections with MOHRE and other relevant government bodies
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
