Experience Required:
- 2–3 years UAE experience in typing for MOHRE applications
- Familiarity with government portals and documentation
- Preferred: Previous work experience in Tasheel, Karama Medical Center, or other government-related centers
License:
- UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (added advantage, not mandatory)
Languages:
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and handling of all UAE government-related portals and documentation
- Applying for and managing company immigration cards (new applications, renewals, and amendments)
- Processing online services for the company (e.g., applying for and obtaining entry permits for partners, investors, and employees)
- Managing visa processes including residence visa stamping, family visas, and maid visas
- Liaising with government departments (MOHRE, Immigration, etc.) as needed
- Providing support in PRO activities as and when required
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Added advantage if the candidate has PRO experience
