We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services at the most competitive prices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Source, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure product availability.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant procurement laws.
- Collaborate with project managers, finance, and other departments for efficient operations.
- Evaluate supplier performance and manage risk in the supply chain.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have experience in Project Contracting Company in UAE.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
