The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for ongoing projects while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and orders.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and prices.
- Liaise with engineering, project, and finance teams to clarify material needs.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and UAE regulations.
- Assist in vendor performance evaluations and audits.
