- Research and propose innovative product ideas aligned with Montroi’s brand identity.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, materials, and artisanal techniques.
- Assist with supplier outreach: quotations, negotiations, and communications.
- Organize and track development timelines and ongoing projects.
- Support prototype creation and follow up on sample development.
- Maintain organized documentation of briefs, samples, and product timelines.
- Collaborate across product, marketing, and retail teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.
