Responsibilities:
1.Create localized product marketing materials with support from the headquarters.
2.Organize product sales training for dealers' sales teams.
3.Provide technical application support to dealers and customers.
4.Assist headquarters engineers in conducting on-site customer research and TCO analysis.
5.Recommend suitable products to customers and dealers.
6.Organize and plan new product launches.
7.Provide feedback and suggestions to the R&D department on product applications.
8.Research and analyze competitors' products.
9.Collect information on industry-related legislation and certifications.
10.Submit quarterly reports to management and sales teams, including industry trends, competitive dynamics, import customs data analysis, etc.
11.Research and submit reports on mining, agriculture, and road working conditions, and propose related product strategies (one report per working condition per year).
12.Participate in training programs at the headquarters.
13.Complete temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or mechanical engineering related fields, with 5-10 years of experience in product R&D, manufacturing or marketing.
2.Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
3.Master knowledge of construction machinery products, basic working condition applications, market research, forecasting, pricing, customer relationship and other marketing management knowledge; understand the competitive landscape and development trends of the construction machinery industry.
4.Understand basic finance, production management, product R&D related knowledge and laws and regulations.
5.College English Test Band 6 or above, with good foreign language listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
6.Proficient in using office software such as WORD, EXCEL and POWER POINT.
7.Possess certain industry and market analysis capabilities, market sensitivity, and analytical judgment abilities.
8.Familiar with product technology and market development trends in the construction machinery industry, able to provide clear and accurate market research reports, and have good writing, data analysis and statistical abilities.
9.Possess certain organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and good communication and presentation skills.
10.Candidates with R&D background, industry application experience, project management experience, overseas work experience or marketing planning experience are preferred.
