Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities related to CNC milling and lathe machines.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various components based on engineering drawings.
- Supervise machine operators and ensure proper setup and calibration of CNC machines.
- Monitor machine performance and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on the shop floor.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the design, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in a similar role within a CNC machining or metal fabrication environment.
- Expertise in operating and programming CNC Milling and Lathe machines (Fanuc / Siemens / Mazak or similar controls).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the fabrication of precision components for automotive, oil & gas, or industrial applications.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality control systems.
- Certification in CNC Programming or CAD/CAM software is a plus.
