Job Summary: The Production Supervisor oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of Event and exhibition projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets. This role requires technical expertise, team coordination, and problem-solving capabilities on ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production planning for exhibition booths and event installations.
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to understand project specs.
- Manage materials procurement, vendor assignments, and workforce.
- Supervise fabrication and installation processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in production or fabrication for Exhibition & Events.
Skills:
- Project management, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of fabrication materials, carpentry, metal, and electrical works.
Preferred Traits:
Leadership, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
