Position: Production Supervisor / Floor Incharge
Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE
Industry: Food, Packaging, or similar manufacturing
Experience: 3–5 years in a manufacturing setup
Industry Preference: Candidates must have prior experience inpackaging, food, or related manufacturing industries.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
Job Summary:
Looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily shop floor operations, meet production targets, handle machine maintenance, manage manpower, reduce wastage, and ensure documentation and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production and ensure targets are met
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance
- Maintain breakdown records and spare parts stock
- Control wastage and implement reduction plans
- Coordinate dispatch and ensure documentation is complete
- Support inventory checks and material availability
- Allocate and train manpower as per production needs
- Maintain daily reports, logs, and SOP-related documents
- Train new staff and improve team performance
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production machinery and maintenance planning
- Familiar with ERP systems and production documentation
- Understanding of GMP, safety, and manufacturing standards

- Production output vs targets
- Wastage control
- Machine uptime and maintenance tracking
- Labour efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
