Job Title: professional Tele-Sales Executive (UAE Market)
A reputable company active in the fields of investment, business buying & selling, advertising, and marketing in the UAE is hiring a professional Tele-Sales Executive to expand its sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting phone calls with hot leads and following up until conversion into contracts (investment, business sales, advertising, and service sales).
- Proficient use of CRM systems, managing the entire leads database, updating follow-up statuses, and preparing periodic reports.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation and follow-up methods through online channels (WhatsApp, social media, email, digital ads) and offline sources.
- Consistent and structured follow-ups, maintaining professional relationships with potential clients.
- Creating blogs, promotional content, and supporting sales-related social media activities (in collaboration with the content and marketing team).
- Handling daily administrative tasks including reporting, meeting coordination, team communication, and assisting the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in tele-sales and client acquisition in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of UAE market culture, sales regulations, and communication etiquette with Persian-speaking and international clients.
- Full proficiency in CRM systems, automation, and lead management tools (preferably Zoho, HubSpot, or Bitrix).
- Excellent negotiation and professional follow-up skills to close deals.
- Strong writing and content creation skills (blogs, PR articles, and social media).
- Team-oriented mindset, accuracy, and fast responsiveness.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proficient with WhatsApp Business, Telegram, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Passion for growth, continuous learning, and adaptability.
