The Opportunity
We are looking for Program Advisors who can connect with senior business leaders and guide them toward world-class learning opportunities. In this consultative role, you will engage in meaningful conversations, assess professional development needs, and match executives to programs that align with their strategic goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving enrollments for our prestigious university partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full enrollment process, from initial engagement to confirmed participation
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to identify the most suitable programs
- Deliver tailored recommendations that support participants’ professional growth
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in consultative sales, advisory roles, or business development within executive education or high-value services
- Strong ability to build rapport with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset to understand complex client needs and present effective solutions
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- A genuine interest in leadership development and lifelong learning
