Minimum Qualification
PROGRAM IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT LEVEL -1
Develop, implement, and manage project control systems, tools, and procedures for cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting.
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), integrating engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Monitor project costs, prepare cost forecasts, variance analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
Establish and monitor earned value management systems and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular progress and performance reports to stakeholders, including dashboards and executive summaries.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance to align project plans with budgets and business goals.
Lead risk management activities, including identification, analysis, mitigation, and tracking of project risks and opportunities.
Coordinate change management processes, including impact assessments, approval workflows, and documentation.
Train and mentor junior project controls staff as needed.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and corporate governance policies.
