We are seeking a highly experienced Project Coordinator with a solid background in architecture and construction to oversee and manage projects across both site and office operations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in CAD drafting, design development, metal fabrication, and project execution. This role requires close collaboration with clients, site personnel, design teams, and fabrication workshops to ensure seamless execution of projects from concept through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all phases of project activities between the office, site, and clients.
- Prepare, review, and refine technical drawings, CAD drafts, and design documentation.
- Lead the development of architectural and metal products, ensuring practicality, compliance, and design integrity.
- Supervise on-site installations, resolve technical challenges, and uphold quality standards within project timelines.
- Track and report on project progress, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Contribute to product development efforts, including material selection, fabrication processes, and installation strategies.
