Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee our projects here in HQ – Umm Al Quwain, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders. The role requires strong management skills, and a deep understanding of construction standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of project engineering from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the primary contact person between the management, stakeholders and the construction team, ensuring effective communication and attending to any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising daily site activities to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
- Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor site progress and promptly report any delays, issues, or changes to management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee the delivery and storage of construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting project progress to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering construction management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience preferably from related industry.
- 2 Years minimum experience in supervision of commercial, residential and high-rise building project is a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Familiarity with construction laws, regulations, processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
