Maxplus Advertising, a leading name in exhibition stand design, fabrication, and event solutions, is expanding our team! We're looking for 2 experienced Coordinators to join us and grow with our dynamic projects across the UAE.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in exhibitions/events or similar roles
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to handle client requirements, site supervision, and vendor coordination
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end event and exhibition project execution
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage timelines, delivery, and onsite supervision
- Ensure high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction
