Experience:
- Minimum 07 years of experience in Interior design Fit-out construction works + Civil + MEP projects in the UAE.
- Minimum 5-7 years of Experience with reputable United Arab Emirates contracting company (mention as required qualification and questions asked) must be experienced in Civil, structural, Interior fitout & MEP trades.
- Experience in handling structural Engineering particularly construction of warehouse, large structural metal skeleton / frame works of a building, load calculations etc. will be considered as an added advantage.
- Experience in Interior fit-out of high end residential, commercial projects is MUST.
- MEP experience and knowledge is preferable.
-Expert experience to interpret shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications to guide on-site activities accurately.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication coordination skills between design, project, production & client teams.
-Must be experienced in doing project works schedules.
-Hand on experience composing handling projects daily business paper works as submittals, IR etc.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Project Management:
- Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Time management target oriented
- Good planner
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of handling client
- Coordination between inhouse and external resources
