Job Summary:
Rozan Glass & Aluminium LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Project Coordinator / Foreman with a strong background in aluminium and glass works. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with clients, workers, and suppliers, and ensure timely and quality execution of assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site installation teams for aluminium and glass projects.
- Coordinate project activities from start to finish, ensuring work progresses as per schedule.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide site teams.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily work reports and update the project manager regularly.
- Manage material deliveries, site inventory, and tools.
- Resolve site issues promptly and communicate any project delays or concerns.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments as needed.
- Maintain discipline and productivity among team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminium and glass works (curtain wall, doors, windows, partitions, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of installation methods, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD/shop drawings.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in supervising and coordinating multiple teams.
- Knowledge of safety standards and site regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education:
- Diploma or equivalent in Civil / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering or relevant technical field (preferred).
Language:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
