We are urgently hiring for the position of Office and project Coordinator.
Candidates with a background in real estate, facility management, construction, renovation, or online marketing, and a qualification in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Construction, or Marketing, will be given preference.

Secretarial Duties:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to other software as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Experience in home maintenance, renovation, or construction-related background.
- Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate with site supervisors effectively.
- Knowledge of preparing quotations and following up with clients and suppliers.
- Familiarity with materials used in renovation works such as joinery, MEP, HVAC, and general maintenance tools/materials.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing: ability to monitor ad performance and coordinate with the digital marketing agency.
- Oversee and update the daily work schedule of teams.
- Experience using hiring platforms for recruitment follow-up.
- Coordination with suppliers for procurement and delivery tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Marketing (preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical and administrative capabilities.
