Agora Renovation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee interior design and fit-out projects across various sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our in-house design team, fit-out execution team, external contractors, and factory operations. This role requires strong site supervision skills, technical knowledge in interior detailing, and a solid background in fit-out and joinery works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and supervision of interior design projects at the site.
- Coordinate effectively between the design team, fit-out team, subcontractors, and joinery factory.
- Review, interpret, and ensure the execution of detailed shop drawings and BOQs.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and ensure on-site work aligns with approved designs.
- Report project progress, site conditions, and risks to management on a regular basis.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve on-site issues and liaise with suppliers and contractors to maintain workflow.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing interior design and fit-out projects.
- Strong background in interior detailing, fit-out works, and joinery.
- Proficient in reading and preparing detailed drawings.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
- Immediate availability is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE as required.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and site reporting tools

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
