Job Description:
We are seeking a highly Talent Leader to coordinate all of our projects implementation from planning to delivery, ensuring the achievement of the technical, financial and time objectives, while managing teams, following up on suppliers, controlling costs, and ensuring the quality of implementation according to work requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing all tenders, contracts and quantities estimate.
- Prepare estimated costs and develop an implementation plan and timetable for the project.
- Accurately pricing projects based on a clear understanding of quantities, materials, and operational costs.
- Distribute tasks according to project phases, analyze results and report.
- Follow up on obtaining approvals and technical classifications from the competent authorities to ensure that projects conform to regulatory standards and specifications.
- Develop engineering plans and review them according to project requirements.
- Understand and read technical plans and work to implement projects accurately based on them, with technical coordination with designers when needed.
- Supervise the daily implementation, follow up the progress of work and solve problems.
- Coordinate with teams and suppliers and ensure the availability of materials and equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in the same role within UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Excellent attention to detail, Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and time management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
