Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our IT company. As a Project Manager, We need someone who will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering various IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline. His ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure project success will be critical to our organization's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
1- Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
2- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders. Clearly communicate project goals, roles, responsibilities, and expectations to team members.
3- Project Execution: Manage the day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement necessary mitigation strategies. Facilitate effective communication and issue resolution among team members.
4- Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate with clients, executives, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations. Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns to maintain positive relationships.
5- Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and tools. Optimize resource utilization to maximize project efficiency and productivity.
6- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to established industry best practices. Implement quality control measures, conduct regular reviews, and perform necessary testing to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
7- Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and financial performance. Track project costs, prepare budget forecasts, and implement strategies to control and minimize expenditure while maintaining project quality.
8- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and other relevant records. Prepare and present regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT industry.
3- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
4- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
5- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
6- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
7- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
8- Driving License is a plus.
