Key Accountabilities
- Manage the performance of the design team to ensure designs are made in proper manner that is in compliance with the scope of work requirements.
- Review and provide feedback on all drawings and documents submitted by the Design Team and ensure the incorporation of all revisions on all documents.
- Control and manage the Senior Discipline Engineers of the Project Management Team in respect of Design aspects.
- Manage the preparation, submission and obtaining of all required planning and authority approvals.
- Ensure that a detailed and methodical value engineering and constructability process is adopted throughout the project design process.
- Propose alternative materials/systems to improve the design operation and construction cost through the project life cycle.
- Review the Project Strategy and provide a recommendation to the concerned project leader.
- Provide support in Site Supervisory capacity
Minimum Qualification
- Degree in Architectural field
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience Design Development with internationally-recognised developers or architectural firms
- Must have experience on ultra-luxury villa design and project management through full development cycle
