Project Manager – Water & Wastewater Treatment(STP/WWTP)

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in sewage and water treatment infrastructure? We’re seeking a results-driven professional to lead a high-impact STP project from concept to commissioning.
Role Overview:
Take full ownership of a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) project, overseeing all phases including design, execution, and handover. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, clients, and authorities to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
Key Duties:
- Manage complete lifecycle of STP/WWTP projects
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Monitor project timelines using Primavera or MS Project
- Review and approve technical submissions (drawings, materials, methods)
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and cash flow
- Ensure regulatory compliance (DEWA, SEWA, ADM, etc.)
- Lead stakeholder meetings and report to senior management
- Handle contract variations, claims, and FIDIC-based administration
- Enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater projects
- 5+ years in UAE/GCC
- Strong knowledge of MBBR, MBR, SBR, ASP technologies
- Experience with lump sum and design-build contracts
- Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- UAE driving license preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
