Mashriq Elite Developments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our construction projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with the required quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and team coordination, ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders and a commitment to the highest levels of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources needed, to ensure smooth execution and delivery of construction projects.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient coordination of on-site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring projects are completed within the financial constraints. Review and approve all financial documents, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely intervention in case of issues related to scheduling, cost, quality, or safety.
- Ensure that construction standards and quality are met at all stages of the project, and conduct regular site inspections to verify work is performed according to plans and specifications.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the project team. Ensure the client’s requirements and expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, including project status, budget updates, and risk assessments, to senior management and clients.
- Ensure the project adheres to legal, regulatory, and environmental guidelines and policies, including health and safety regulations.
- Effectively manage any changes or variations to the project scope, schedule, or budget, and communicate these changes to all stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the project’s timeline and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Experience leading teams, managing subcontractors, and driving collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership, clients, contractors, and the project team.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues that arise during project execution.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts.
- Ability to travel to different project sites as needed.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
